Triple Love Pumpkin-Spiced French Toast

INGREDIENTS:

4 large eggs
1 cup reduced fat milk
1 sachet GanoCafe 3-in-1
3/4 cup canned pumpkin puree
1  1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1 whole loaf hearty bread such as brioche or Challah
1/4 cup butter, divided

 

DIRECTIONS:

1. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Open your sachet of GanoCafe 3-in-1 and empty the contents into the bowl. Continue to whisk until dissolved. Stir in pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla and salt.
2. Slice bread loaf into thick 1-inch slices and dip them one at a time into the egg mixture. Allow each slice to soak for about 10 seconds. Let excess drip off as you remove each slice to a plate.
3. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add 2 slices of soaked bread to the skillet and let it cook about 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Repeat with remaining butter and bread
4. Enjoy with your favorite maple syrup and a dash of powdered sugar!
