Schokolade Ice Cream Affogato

Create your own fancy Italian dessert by dousing this delicious cocoa-flavored ice cream with a shot of coffee! The no-churn ice cream takes just four simple ingredients including our Ganoderma-Enriched Schokolade hot cocoa powder! Blend together and chill for a rich and creamy treat. Then top with a small dose of GanoCafe Classic to create the Italian-style affofato, or enjoy on its own!

INGREDIENTS:

3 cups heavy cream
1 (14-oz) can sweetened condensed milk
3 sachets GanoCafe Schokolade
1 cup mini marshmallows
8 oz hot water
1 sachet GanoCafe Classic

 

DIRECTIONS:

1. Pour the cream into a large mixing bowl. Use an electric mixer to beat the cream until stiff peaks form.
2. Carefully fold the sweetened condensed milk into the whipped cream, and do the same with the Schokolade powder and the mini marshmallows.
3. Transfer the mixture to a 9" x 5" loaf pan. Smooth out the top with a spatula. Place in the freezer for at least 6 hours or overnight
4. Remove the ice cream from the freezer and set it aside to allow it to soften slightly. In the meantime, prepare your GanoCafe Classic by mixing the sachet contents with 8 oz of hot water
5. Place one scoop of ice cream in a small bowl and top with 2 oz of GanoCafe Classic. Enjoy!
