Citrus Cranberry sauce with Go! Gano Refresh

INGREDIENTS:

2 oranges
1/2 cup water
1 sachet Go! Gano Refresh
3/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon sugar
1 (12oz) bag fresh or frozen cranberries (do not use dried)
pinch salt

 

DIRECTIONS:

1. Zest one orange to get about 2 teaspoons of zest and set aside. Juice both oranges to create 1/2 cup of orange juice. Discard any extra
2. Add the fresh orange juice and water to a medium saucepan. Stir in Go! Gano Refresh. Add the sugar and cook over high heat until boiling.
3. Add the cranberries, orange zest and pinch of salt and return to a boil
4. Reduce the heat to medium and continue boiling gently for 10 minutes. Most of the cranberries should have burst open.
5. Turn off the heat and transfer your cranberry sauce to a serving bowl. Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
