Dalgona Coffee

2 | Tbsp Sugar |
2 | TBsp hot water |
1 | cup milk |
ice (optional) |
DIRECTIONS:
Open your sachets and empty contents into a medium bowl. Add sugar and hot water. Use a hand mixer to whisk these ingredients together until stiff peaks form, about 3-4 minutes. The mixture will turn light golden-brown. Pour milk into glasses and add ice, if desired. Scoop your frothy coffee over the milk and enjoy! You can also sprinkle a little bit of cocoa powder or cinnamon on top for an extra fancy touch!
