NUTRITIONAL FACT:
Ganoderma lucidum is considered one of the most nutrient-rich edible mushrooms. It stores many of its sugars in the form of complex carbohydrates known as glucans. Ganoderma's beta-glucans are great for the immune system, showing to boost the functions of both innate and adaptive immunity in the body. That's a sweet fact!
