Grilled Peach Sundaes

INGREDIENTS:

1/4 cup (1/2 stick) salted butter, softened
2 tsp granulated sugar
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
4 large peaches, halved and pitted
canola or vegetable oil for grilling
1 quart vanilla bean ice cream
1 sachet GanoCafe C'real

 

DIRECTIONS:

1. First, prepare the Cinnamon Butter. Place the butter, sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl and use a spatula or spoon to mix them together. Set aside.
2. Preheat the grill to medium heat. Brush the cut side of the peaches with oil to prevent sticking. Place cut-side down on the grill and cook undisturbed for 7-8 minutes or until the tops of the peaches are tender to the touch.
3. Divide the grilled peaches into 8 bowls, cut-side up. Top with 1/2 tablespoon of cinnamon butter, a scoop of ice cream and sprinkle GanoCafe C'Real on top
